End-of-line (EoL) operations involve the final steps in manufacturing where products are packaged, labelled, and placed into cartons or pallets before storage or shipment. As a continuous and integral part of the production process, EoL operations significantly affect the entire manufacturing line's productivity, efficiency, and throughput.
Our solution leverages robotic arms to automatically and continuously palletise the boxes coming out of the sorting or manufacturing line. AMRs with conveyor modules are then used to automate the transfer of full pallets from production to storage ensuring continuous pallet clearance to prevent any downtime. Automatic labelling and pallet wrapping machines can also be integrated to ensure a highly efficient and streamlined process. The SyncOS™ Integrator works in the backend to optimize the entire end-of-line process, increasing throughput and efficiency of the entire automated operation.
