With SyncOS™, we were able to easily integrate camera based detection systems that could trigger a task whenever an operator placed a full trolley at the pick area. These trolleys were automatically sent to packaging without the operator assigning a task. Once the items were on the trolley, SyncOS™ would also track their status and ensure that sufficient empty trolleys were distributed throughout the warehouse to avoid any operations delays. This intelligence allowed the operators to utilize the AMR solution with minimal effort.
